At SmokedOutNFried Pit BBQ we specialize in Backyard, Neighborhood, and Event Cookouts. Our Meadow Creek Mobile Smoker has 17 square feet of Smoking Space, Insulated Firebox, Two 30,000 BTU Propane Burners that we use for Deep Frying with Peanut Oil or Crawfish Boils or Chili’s, Stews, & Gumbos. There is a Utensil & Handwashing Sink. We use Kingsford Charcoal and a Mix of Oak and Hickory woods to fuel our Smoker. Our Pork Products come from Nahunta and all of our Meats are Rubbed or Marinated Overnight. We use only NC Made Rubs and Sauces. We offer everything from BBQ Delivery to the full onsite BBQ Experience with Pitmaster on hand. When cooking Pulled Pork, Ribs, Brisket, and Chicken we adhere to the Slow and Low cooking method and keep our pits between 250 and 275 degrees. We also are able to grill at higher temperatures for Steaks, Burgers, etc…. Be sure to book your events in advance as our calendar is filling up fast!!!
